Effect of meal supplementation during the antenatal period on the improvement in maternal and birth weight: Systematic review

The objectives of this systematic review are:

  • To summarise the evidence of the effectiveness of the meal supplementation intervention in improving maternal weight during pregnancy.
  • To summarise the evidence of the effectiveness of the meal supplementation interventions in improving the haemoglobin status in pregnant women and overall nutrition status in children.
